At approx 12:30 pm today, I’ll be live-streaming from the “Hands Off” protest against the Trump administration in Washington, DC. Please be patient with timing since connectivity and crowds are unpredictable.

Thousands of people are expected to join the demonstration at the National Monument, which is one of approximately 1,200 rallies planned nationwide by more than 150 civil and human rights organizations, labor unions, veterans and fair elections activists. Organizers are concerned about the Trump administration measures targeting and attacking low income, elderly and transgender Americans, immigrants and people questioning the president’s agenda and policies. Since taking office on Jan. 20, the Trump team has laid off tens of thousands of federal workers and unilaterally attempted to dismantle federal agencies, which only Congress can do.
